Our normal quality is 1700gsm with canvas backing and we had confirmed the size, design and colors. We send photos for your checking before shipment. After you receive it, you told us you need the same with your carpet at home, which is different from us. They are two different yarns. And we are sure our carpet are the actual quality as I sent to you.
